Our Rental Facilities

The Ballroom overlooks the lawns and trees of Franklin Park and beyond to the distinctive ridges of the Yakima Valley. The room is well-appointed and decorated in a unique Art Deco style and is flanked by an art gallery.

Sophisticated and elegant, the museum’s Great Hall provides an ambiance available nowhere else. The perfect place to host a party your guests will remember.

The museum’s Conference Room is the perfect place for an executive meeting, away from the distractions of the office, accompanied by a beautiful view of Franklin Park.

With its soaring wall of glass, basalt columns, and dramatic lighting, the Lobby Gallery is available every evening after the museum closes for those special occasions when you need more than just a room with four walls!

Rental Policies

The use of alcohol at events is permitted, PROVIDED you either obtain a Banquet Permit or Special Occasion License (not-for-profits only) to serve alcohol yourself, or if you are hiring a caterer, you must ensure that the caterer has a license to serve alcohol.  Security is required for events with over 100 attendees serving alcohol. One security guard per 100 attendees. The cost is $40/hour.
