The Ballroom overlooks the lawns and trees of Franklin Park and beyond to the distinctive ridges of the Yakima Valley. The room is well appointed and decorated in a unique Art Deco style.

Museum's Great Hall
We have everything you could need for your event. A professional kitchen is available to your caterer.
The Great Hall is multi-purpose, with a very large screen and superior sound. Elegant place settings are included in the rental fee. Seats 200 at banquet tables and 250 theater-style.
Our banquet chairs are lightweight, breathable mesh ensuring maximum comfort. A modular stage is also available.
The museum's Great Hall provides an ambience available nowhere else, sophisticated and elegant. The perfect place to host a party your guests will remember.
Conference Room
The museum's Conference Room is the perfect place for an executive meeting away from the distractions of the office.
The Conference Room overlooks Franklin Park. A conference phone is available just for the cost of the conference minutes used. A professional kitchen is available to your caterer.
A projector, laptop and screen are also available for a small fee. Water glasses, jugs and coffee are included. At 410 sq. feet the room is spacious enough for most meetings.
Twenty people can be seated comfortably, without a screen, 16 with a screen. Twenty-five can be seated theatre style or for a small reception.

Helen Jewett Lobby Gallery
With its soaring wall of glass, basalt columns, and dramatic lighting the Lobby Gallery is available every evening after the museum closes for those special occasions when you need more than just a room with four walls!
The Helen Jewett Lobby Gallery, and the adjacent Virginia Hislop Art Gallery provide a perfect elegant setting for your reception. A professional kitchen is available to your caterer.
Both Galleries can comfortably accommodate 200 guests, 100 in each Gallery.
